The list of Now Playing and Upcoming movies is available in the Now Playing section on 21cineplex.com and through the m.tix app. Showtimes are organized by cinema location, allowing customers to browse schedules based on their preferred city and nearest cinema.

Advertising services display promotional materials, while Partnership services offer broader strategic collaborations to increase brand awareness and product visibility among Cinema XXI customers. Both can complement a brand's marketing strategy.

Cinema XXI provides strategic partnership opportunities, including bank promotions, co-branding, merchandise collaborations, and loyalty program partnerships.

Please submit partnership proposals by email to marketing@21cineplex.co.id. Include your objectives, target audience, and the type of collaboration you wish to explore.

Yes, brand activations may be held in the lobby areas of selected Cinema XXI locations.

Cinema XXI's partnership program is open to organizations from all industries seeking to engage Indonesia's moviegoing audience. The feasibility and scope of each partnership will be determined in consultation with our Marketing team.

Cinema XXI e-Vouchers can be redeemed for movie tickets or food and beverage purchases at Cinema XXI, subject to the terms and conditions applicable to each e-Voucher. Redemption is available in the m.tix app.

e-Vouchers can be redeemed during the ticket or food-and-beverage purchase process in the m.tix app. Follow the redemption instructions provided in the app.

Bulk e-Voucher orders, including those for corporate programs or large-scale gifting, can be requested by emailing marketing@21cineplex.co.id.

Each e-Voucher is issued with a specified validity period, which is stated at the time of issuance. Check the expiration date before redeeming the e-Voucher. 

e-Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. For more detailed terms and conditions, please contact us at the time of purchase. 

Cinema XXI offers three theatre formats: Deluxe, The Premiere, and IMAX. Deluxe theatres provide a comfortable movie-going experience at an affordable price. The Premiere offers a premium and exclusive cinema experience, while IMAX delivers an immersive, high-resolution audiovisual experience.

Movie tickets and food can be purchased through the official m.tix and TIX ID applications. For ticket purchases only, you may also use GoPay.

No. XXI Lounge is currently available only at select Cinema XXI locations in Jakarta, Bekasi, and Surabaya. 

We recommend making a reservation to confirm seat availability and to avoid private event closures. 

Live entertainment is offered every weekend at The Music Lounge Plaza Senayan, from Friday to Sunday evenings. For the latest schedule and featured band, please ask our XXI Lounge staff or visit Instagram @themusiclounge.id. 

XXI Lounge is open to the public, except during private events. Customers may visit for dining, meetings, or live entertainment, whether or not they are watching a movie.

XXI Café Box is an official Cinema XXI retail concept offering signature food and beverages at selected shopping malls outside cinema areas. While XXI Café, is located inside Cinema XXI premises. 

Yes. XXI Café Box makes Cinema XXI's signature products available to everyone at any time, without requiring a cinema visit or movie ticket. 

XXI Café Box outlets are located outside cinema areas, including on the Ground Floor, in the Lower Ground, in shopping mall lobbies, and at selected special events. You can view the list of locations here. 

XXI Café Box accepts cashless payments through Cinema XXI's payment partners. 

Yes. XXI Café Box offers takeaway orders only and does not provide dine-in service. 
 

Hello Sunday is a cozy, stylish café serving Indonesian, Asian, and Western dishes, including appetizers, salads, soups, burgers, pasta, and Asian specialties. Signature desserts include waffles and soft-serve ice cream. Hello Sunday is adjacent to or integrated with the Cinema XXI lobby but remains separate from the cinema. 

No. Hello Sunday is available only at selected Cinema XXI locations. For a list of locations, please visit the Hello Sunday page or follow @hellosundayindonesia on Instagram and TikTok. 

No reservation is needed for casual visits or small groups; walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are required for private events or large groups. To reserve, please contact the Hello Sunday team at your preferred location. 

Yes. All Hello Sunday food and beverages are available for takeaway. However, we recommend dining in for the best experience and quality.

To book a studio, please contact us via WhatsApp at +62 818 3921 21.

Please submit your studio booking request at least five business days before your event. This ensures we can coordinate the movie schedule, reserve the studio, and complete technical preparations.

Yes, you may screen your own video content. Please submit your content to the Cinema Booking team at least three days before the event in high-quality MP4 or DCP format for technical testing and compatibility checks.

Our theaters are available for private and corporate events, such as movie screenings, product launches, seminars, press conferences, talk shows, marriage proposals, religious gatherings, social gatherings, birthday celebrations, and more. 
 

Yes. As a publicly listed company, Cinema XXI provides official documents, including invoices, receipts, and tax invoices, to support your company’s accounting and tax reporting needs.

Cinema XXI offers the following advertising formats: 

• On-Screen: Commercial videos are shown on Cinema XXI screens before the movie starts. 
• Off-Screen: Physical advertisements are placed throughout Cinema XXI, including lobby lightboxes, concession area displays (XXI Café), and product activation booths. 

To inquire about advertising, please email marketing@21cineplex.co.id. Our Marketing team will share the official rate card and available slots. 

Yes. Advertising placements can be customized for nationwide or specific Cinema XXI locations.

The Cinema XXI Marketing team will provide technical specifications based on your chosen format. Please prepare creative materials in advance to ensure smooth production and scheduling. 

A minimum lead time of 10 business days is required to allow for technical testing and scheduling in the selected cinema locations.

Yes. You can purchase Deluxe theatre tickets through Cinema XXI's official platforms, including m.tix, TIX ID, and GoPay. 

Yes. You may choose any available seat when purchasing your ticket online or at the cinema. 

Yes. Children may attend movie screening in Deluxe theatres if the film’s rating is appropriate for their age. Children aged 2 and above require their own ticket and seat. Please purchase tickets for SU-rated (Suitable for All Ages) movies for children. 

Customers may bring only food and beverages purchased within Cinema XXI. 

You may purchase up to 10 tickets per day through m.tix without food or beverages, with a maximum of 8 tickets for the same movie and showtime. If you include food and beverages, you may buy up to 30 tickets. To reserve an entire theatre, please contact our Studio Booking service via WhatsApp at +62818392121.

Register with your mobile phone number and create a PIN to set up your m.tix account. You will receive a confirmation email after completing your transaction. 

You may purchase up to 10 tickets per day without food and beverage, with a maximum of 8 tickets for the same movie and showtime. If your transaction includes food and beverage, you may purchase up to 30 tickets per day. 

Ticket purchases cannot be changed or canceled once completed. If the cinema cancels or reschedules a screening, Cinema XXI will contact affected customers within one business day to arrange a new screening or provide a refund. 

If a screening is canceled due to technical issues at the cinema, refunds are automatically processed to your m.tix balance or the original payment method. Refunds to your m.tix balance are usually completed within one business day. Refunds to credit or debit cards may take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank. 

Open the My Order section in the m.tix app and show your transaction QR code at a self-service kiosk in the cinema lobby. Your physical ticket will be printed automatically and can be presented to staff at the theatre entrance.

You can purchase The Premiere tickets through the m.tix, TIX ID, and GoPay app by selecting a theatre labeled The Premiere, or at the cinema box office. 

No. The Premiere ticket price covers only access to the premium theatre and its services. Food and beverages from The Premiere Café are sold separately. Guests may order before or during the movie through the m-dining service, and our team will deliver orders to their seats.

Yes. Cinema XXI has been officially awarded a Halal Certificate by Indonesia's Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH) with certificate number ID00410020415041024. Cinema XXI has also received an A (Excellent) rating from LPPOM MUI for its Halal Assurance System.

IMAX with Laser uses a laser projection system that delivers higher brightness, sharper images, and a wider color range compare to conventional xenon-lamp projectors. Some Cinema XXI locations offer IMAX with Laser, while others use the standard IMAX system.

m.tix is the official ticketing app for Cinema XXI, while TIX ID allows users to purchase tickets from several cinema chains.

TIX ID offers cashless payment options such as DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, QRIS, and Virtual Account services from several banks.

The TIX ID app is available on the App Store for iOS and on Google Play for Android.

Yes. You are welcome to visit The Premiere Café and purchase food and beverages even if you are not watching a movie in a The Premiere theater. However, the butler service, which delivers food and beverages directly to your seat in the theater, is available exclusively to customers with a valid The Premiere ticket. 

Customers can order from their seats by scanning the QR code at each The Premiere seat to access m.dining. Orders will be delivered directly to your seat, so you do not need to leave the theater. 

Yes. We recommend placing orders before the movie begins to ensure menu availability and allow you to enjoy your meal from the start of the screening.

Yes. The Premiere Café offers an exclusive menu with appetizers, main courses, desserts, and a variety of beverages and coffee. Menu options may vary by location, so please check the menu at your chosen cinema. 

The Premiere Café does not provide menus tailored to medical dietary requirements. Customers with food allergies or special dietary needs should consult cinema staff about ingredients before purchasing. 

Yes. Food and beverages can be purchased together with movie tickets through the m.tix and TIX ID apps, allowing your order to be prepared in advance without waiting in line. Customers who wish to enjoy Cinema XXI food and beverages anywhere can also place orders through online food delivery services such as GoFood, Shopee Food and GrabFood.
