Jakarta, March 6, 2026 – PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya Tbk (Cinema XXI; Stock Code: CNMA), Indonesia’s largest cinema chain, reported revenues of IDR 5.9 trillion in 2025, a 2.6% increase from IDR 5.7 trillion in 2024. Net profit after tax reached IDR 776.2 billion, and EBITDA was IDR 1.8 trillion.

Suryo reported that 2025 performance was driven by movie ticket sales of IDR 3.6 trillion, food and beverage revenue of IDR 2 trillion, and IDR 298 billion from advertising, digital platforms, and events. Cinema XXI recorded 85 million admissions in 2025, with the Average Ticket Price rising 3.0% to IDR 46,057, due to increased occupancy in premium screens such as The Premiere and IMAX®.
Cinema XXI continues to refine its food and beverage (F&B) segment as part of its strategy to enhance the customer experience. In 2025, the team introduced over 30 new menus at XXI Café dan The Premiere Café to align with market trends. Furthermore, we have implemented ticket and F&B bundling strategies within the m.tix application as part of our sales optimization strategy, aimed at increasing the average transaction value per customer. As a result, in 2025 the average F&B spend per head rose 5.9% to IDR25,814, reflecting the product’s growing appeal and its stronger contribution to the Company’s overall performance.
In 2025, Cinema XXI expanded by opening 12 new cinema locations and adding 43 screens. The company entered new markets, including Indramayu, Pematangsiantar, Magelang, Tuban, and Kota Metro (Lampung). As of December 31, 2025, Cinema XXI operates 1,388 screens in 267 cinemas across 56 cities and 30 regencies in Indonesia.
He stated, “Our 2025 network expansion is part of a long-term strategy to increase access to high-quality entertainment across Indonesia. We will continue to add new screens selectively while prioritizing service quality.”
Suryo stated that the Company remains optimistic about the entertainment industry, especially national movies, as content quality and variety continue to improve. In 2025, more than 20 national and international films each drew more than 1 million viewers. Notably, two national titles, Jumbo and Agak Laen: Menyala Pantiku!, each surpassed 10 million viewers, setting two new records.
